Cool Sands Rentals is group of rental properties located in Ocean City owned and operated by our family. One unit is owned by our parents and we own the other two. All three units are located in the North end of the island on scenic Park Place. The beach is a short stroll from any of the properties.

Beautiful, airy, fully-equipped, classic Ocean City beach home. This lovely unit sleeps up to 16 persons with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. One block to beach and boards in the desirable North End. Pets permitted! (with exclusions) Many extras! Linens, detergents, coffee, tea, condiments, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. Bottom line - stop packing everything but the kitchen sink for your vacation.
